CC5 Engine 4 responding to a life status questionable call, Northwest 16th Avenue, Northwest 25th Terrace. North Post 16th Avenue, Northwest 25 Terrace. 25-year-old female, consciousness and breathing status uncertain. Advising that patient had fallen off of a scooter on the southeast side of the road, was laying down, not moving. Call takers still gathering information.
