In the middle of the street, in the middle of the front of the library at 401 South Capitol. Turning around in circles. 30 to 40-year-old Black female, gray shirt, black pants, black and white shoes. Her name is Patrice Aubrey. She's currently at the corner of Kalamazoo and Washington. It's going to be Catholic Church Road is closed between Williams Road and Williamson. Copy that.
