In the air, a child alone at Trinity and 23rd. A male heard yelling in the background. He said a parent. He was yelling that he was going to assault the child. The adult took the child to 2219 Wall Street, apartment 19. Correction said he's taking the child to 2219 Wall Street, apartment 19.
