427, if you could respond over to 41 Birchland Ave, it's going to be an animal complaint. The reporting party states there's a dog at this address that ran towards her while she was walking past this morning. The dog also frequently hangs out in the road and chases people. The RP also states this is an ongoing issue. Received.
