North Interstate 35, southbound to East Ovilla Road. North Interstate 35, southbound to East Ovilla Road. It's going to be a older white male, possibly in his 70s, walking on the construction overpass. He's going to be wearing shorts and a t-shirt. RP's also mentioning that there's a van pass on and off the concrete over in that area. He just didn't look like he was supposed to be over there. It's going to be between the 411, 412.
