It's going to be 8671 Olmerton Road at the Taco Bell for a traffic complaint break. The subject's going to be in a white sedan. He was blocking the drive-thru break. He tried to jump the median to leave and is now stuck on the median between the Taco Bell and the health department break. The complainant didn't mention 5404. However, Central's notes do mention possible 5404.
