Draper 51 and X to back for a secessious. 51. It's going to be at 672 East, 114 South, near the Harmon's. The complainant's reporting a male on 700 East that's panhandling. It's going to be a cross-50-year-old Hispanic male, 5'4", medium build, dark-colored beard, wearing a short sleeve and long pants. He was standing in the entrance to the parking lot of the Harmon's just off of East. Nothing further.
