143 and 123, responding full still for the odor inside at 346 Pensacola Street, cross of Biscayne Lane and Pleasant Court. A caller was advising there's a smell of melting plastic coming from inside the residence. Also was some smoke coming from an outlet. No fire seen. You guys can use Fireground Red.
