2. Station 3. Street, in the parking lot. Caller is reporting that a pulp is snapped in the tree branch that's hanging on the wire. No arcing, no sparking. Engine 1 for wires down, 9 Mile and Longacre Street, section 2003. PU's down with a tree blocking the westbound lanes that are on top of wires at 20-26.
