252, start to a welfare concern, 3220 Walton Road, apartment 136. Caller advised the mom left two children here. One's about 10 or 11. The other is an infant. It's been gone about two or three hours. The infant's been crying for 20 minutes. The caller is going to be 10-4 at apartment 126.
