Dispatch, with a repeat of a double-double large apartment building structure fire at the Shady Glen Apartments, 3710 Southeast 36th Place, unit 29. Caller had an electric kettle on the stovetop to heat up. The bottom of the kettle is still smoking, and part of it is now adhered to that stovetop. This is Engine 9, Engine 25, Engine 23, Truck 25, C4, Squad 1, working on Ops 3.
