Radio to 198. 198. Sergeant towards the 16B violent. They're going to be at Springmont and South Oakley. Caller was initially Steve, who was our 16B. His caretaker since called in saying that they were trying to transport him. He was in the street doing rocks at cars. Seems to have calmed down just a bit here, but they're still at Springmont and Oakley waiting on assistance.
