Available in unit 4, 10 sector, I have a 23 AMS, eastbound Suffolk Avenue and Washington Avenue. A male subject, black head wrap, black sweatshirt, has a TBI walking on the sidewalk. Complainant has eyes on the subject in a black minivan. The client walked out of the hospital and needs to go back. Rescue's notified.
