It's a disturbance in progress. 134 Fernwood Ave between Cannon and Midland, downstairs apartment. Virginia Cascanet's calling. She's not looking to meet. Regarding her downstairs neighbor, Sandy, unknown last. 50 to 60-year-old white female banging on the caller's door approximately 30 minutes ago. No weapons. She is known to use drugs and alcohol. She has a history of PIC issues. She's still banging on various walls and windows. 1757.
