1055 Taylor, Collingsdale and Loch Raven. Seen a landline call from this location. Sounded far away, was trying to get 911. Possibly saying they were locked in the building. Call was hard to make out due to distance. Says on callback or they listened to the call, says the caller was asking 911 to buzz the door. Advised he was trying to get out of the building. No further.
