Ascension 34, 35R. 435R. You start down on the 3506 Forbes Avenue off of McKee Place, Semple Street. Caller's reporting that a Black female in all black clothing with a pink bonnet on and a pink backpack just stole two packages from in front of the apartment complex. The property manager calling to say he needs to check the area if he don't find arrivals.
