Both guards had a disturbance, Poundwood Elementary, 615 Piedmont Drive. Caller initially called because student, Julian Hempel, 10-year-old white male, left the school. He was located at 16019 Capitol Avenue. It's still like, officers respond, possible mental health crisis. 10-105. Clear. 10-107. Clear. 13.
