59, I'll have you head to disturbance at 706 South 35th Avenue. Downstairs, speak to Rowdy. Heard a male on the phone, or demanding a phone. Wasn't initially answering our questions. The party was at the door, refusing to leave, trying to get in. 26-year-old black male, white hat, white shirt, tan pants, white shoes, unknown any weapons.
