Rochester Hills, Engine 2, wire down, 345 John R Road, Bloomer Park, complaining is in a GRN Chevy Silverado, complaining is locked inside the park, he is unable to exit, someone shut the gates at the entrance while he was still inside, and a power line came down and is blocking the way to the gate, the power line is not taped off, looks like his bell after the gates were closed.
