Still trying to get further info, but party possibly has warrants of a Javante battle. Said he's on the scene, repeating to leave. The YMCA, 301 West 6th Street. 6th Street, YMCA as well. So he's not being aggressive. He's just ignoring them whenever they tell him to leave.
