2 Adam 22, 2 Adam 28, start towards a disturbance. 4606 North 56th Street, 4606 North 56th Street at the DMV. Female caller states that there's a disturbance with the tow truck driver. Caller's on top of the car while it's hooked up to the tow truck. Tow truck driver also called in stating the vehicle repo owner is refusing to exit, and there's a phone number in your MDT to get a hold of the tow truck driver. 2 Adam 22.
