Driving complaint occurred. There's a delay on it, Laurel and South 4th Street. My caller was able to get the license plate of a blue Nissan Rogue, added it to the call. His complaint is the Rogue blew the stop sign and almost hit him on the V-bike. 10-4, can you send me? 10-4.
