You got my last two cars available, have a battery just occurred, fire's en route, 4246 North Mulligan. 4246 Mulligan, Carlos states he is a process server, he was trying to serve a male. When the male attacked him, victim states he's waiting inside of a Toyota RAF 4 with his hazards flashing, and it looks like Ambulance 73 is en route.
