Can you start towards 2516, 2516 Willard Drive. Rebecca Meyer initially called and wanted rescue for a subject who fell off his bike, hit head, and felt faint. He then denied rescue as he started to come to and then walked off. He's now hunched over on the sidewalk in front of this location. Concerned he may be having a heart attack or some kind of problem. He was on an e-bike.
