45 Miss Moines, 870 East Freeman Street. 870 East Freeman Street, the Associated Credit Union. Caller states that a customer there was pickpocketed at the ATM. No 78 as she didn't see the suspect, but the victim will be a Black female with a ponytail and with a gray shirt and blue jeans in the lobby.
