Passersby is reporting a male slumped over the wheel of a running motor vehicle. It's going to be right in front of 9 Tripoli Ave, beside a seaside. He's going to be inside a blue Toyota Corolla. The caller who passed by was limited information besides that, but provided a plate of 452 King X-ray Zebra. Again, a blue 2021 Toyota Corolla. It's registered to a Charles Walsh, born in 73 out of Scarborough.
