1 Lincoln 1, Lincoln 3 for a suspicious. Lincoln 1. Lincoln 28. Northeast 127 Street and 28 Avenue Northeast. Two minutes ago, caller was walking past the fire station at the northeast corner. She was followed by a suspect who kept asking her if he had anything valuable on her. She got in her vehicle and drove away. Suspect is a white male, 40s, 5'9 to 5'11", medium to heavy build, with a beard, wearing a dark overcoat with the hood up and dark pants. Northeast 127 Street and 28 Avenue Northeast.
