the area of 211 Washington Street, garage tackle bar. There was a vehicle blocking the driveway, possibly operated by an intoxicated female. The caller did call back stating the female left the location. It's going to be a blue Toyota Highlander. The female did smell alcohol in the area. Headed towards state, towards the PD.
