Nothing happened was standing there watching since it occurred two young kids just sleeping they were let off 2 mins after this recording this information is an entire waste start finding people that do actual crimes this was a waste of a report and a waste of peoples times this app is supposed to be used for crimes not people sleeping .

These people have been found parked in the middle of the road passed out. Possible drug use. Car running and windows open. They've been seen in the neighborhood almost every morning
