Dispatch to units, I have a welfare check holding at 401 South Main, 401 South Main at Chase. It's a white male subject laying at the front doors, wearing blue jean shorts, white shirt, and a blue vest. He's only wearing one shoe. Caller advised she tried to talk to the male who stared at her but did not respond.
