In the area 312 8th Street Southwest, 312 number 8th Street Southwest. I contacted my caller, Kaylee. She walked out on her front porch and saw a male sitting there. He took off running towards the back of her home, towards Snyder Place. It's going to be a taller, older male wearing cargo pants and a black shirt.
