198 Chenango Street, student housing for a male refusing to leave the property. Caller's with security. A younger white male wearing an olive green tank top and black shorts. 19th and Chenango Street, the student housing, cross streets of Court Street and Runabout and Menor Street. At the time, the caller disconnected. It looks like the male may have been leaving at the time of the call, but we haven't heard from him.
