Pennsylvania 1 to all units, broadcasting one priority, 2634 East Ashcroft for suspicious circumstances. RP said he heard somebody jump his fence, in the neighbor's fence, time-lapse about two ago, did not, RP did see, did not see them, heard them only. Now saying he saw something, black hop over the fence, would like an area check.
