Cars in 10, I'm holding a priority 1 at 6290 Tireman. 6290 Tireman at the House of Liquor and Wine Shop. Say that there is a lady that keeps begging at the location. Comes back every couple of hours wearing tan shorts, white shirt, very thin and tall, no weapons.
