It's suspicious activity, which looks like a disturbance, 2902 Patrick Avenue. 2902 Patrick Ave, Briar in apartment 266, says friend Paulina intoxicated 27-year-old Hispanic female in a gray sweater and black pants, refusing to leave outside, banging on the windows on the balcony. No drugs, no weapons.
