City units, 249 West South Street. 249 West South Street for an agency. A major hospital called in and advised that a Todd Leffler came in earlier, an accidental overdose. Advised that he bolted out with an IV in his arm and is requesting to go to this address to try to make contact with him. This was 15 minutes ago. Unknown if he drove and if he did drive. They are unaware of what he took off in.
