The male dog is secured. Unfortunately the female dog got loose and she was hit by a truck. She got up and took off running. 2 of the people that were with me followed after her but they were unable to get to her. We don't know where she is or if she's ok. We've been calling 911 and the non emergency line with no success. I wish I had better news
