458. The parking lot at 711, 7231 South, the RP is calling in saying they were hit by a blue older Dodge SUV, black 3 Frank 3117, and the driver's repeating no exchange info. The driver's calling in saying he didn't actually hit this person, but they're claiming he did. It's a white male, 30s, 5'6", 140s, brown hair, white striped shirt and blue jeans with a dog.
