90 Ward Street. We have Anthony calling. He states there's been a lot of break-in-ly in this area in cars and an apartment. He just saw some people outside walking around 90 Ward Street, around the building, and he can hear possibly those same people in the back area of 90 Ward. He just wanted the area checked. He's concerned about the people hanging around the building.
