Be advised, we're receiving a 13 person now in front of Envy Apartments, 140 Northwest 27 Ave. Female, matching the same description, white blonde female. She's been there for about 5 minutes going in and out of vehicles, screaming for help. She has a second hand. Now saying she's possibly on 57. She's in the middle of traffic.
