Control, all units, control is a report of a reckless driver, left the area of the Chateau West, Chateau West. Clayton states that a Joshua Shire. He's driving around without a license in a tan vehicle. States he lives on Seneca Street. Left the residence at 16 West 11th Street, Chateau West. Approximately 15 minutes ago, headed back towards Seneca Street and Fulton. Suspects headed into the city. Clayton is not requesting interview. Control, clear. Control. 7028. Is there any further description of that vehicle?
