Riley to Baker 3-13, Baker 3-23. 3-23. 3-23. for this nature unknown, 3424 Capitol Boulevard at the Golden Corral. Caller was able to confirm the address, unable to say what's going on. Lots of yelling and screaming heard from the caller, but nothing in the background.
