2 Charles 49, starting on a 245 time limit, 1910 Broadway in 4A. Subject with swords was hitting unhoused people. Complainant couldn't tell if he used a sword or his fist to hit them. He's now going northbound on 28th Street. Male, White, 28 to 30, 5 foot, medium build, tan shirt, army green pants, is on foot. The person who was hit doesn't want PD. 1910 Broadway. 10-4, copy. 10-4, check.
