Baker 3, Baker 2, unwanted person at Metcalfe's Market, 726 North Midvale Boulevard. They have a panhandler that keeps coming back today and hanging around, and they just want him removed. Suspect is a Black male in his 50s, wearing a black cap, blue shirt, and then khaki shorts. He does have a history of violence, but he hasn't been violent today.
