This is AC1 on TAC 1, standing by for an update. 4, yeah, Chief. We have a vehicle here that was hit by another civilian. The car was abandoned, has a dog in it. Police state there was a bunch of notes in it, and there was a possible witness they saw a person jump off the bridge. We have an EMS captain heading down to the general location to check.
