311, send in a check subject call. 11604 Reisterstown Road, Cherry Valley and Shetland Circle. Caller says there's a male subject's been loitering in front of the ATM in the Queen Star machine for about an hour. Not sure if he's intoxicated or sleep deprived. White male in his 40s, blue shirt, black basketball shorts, and white sandals.
