423 North 40th Street. Got the husband calling in for his wife who fell twice today. She's a 33-year-old female. She's awake. She's not alert. She's breathing. Apparently, again, fell twice today and has cut to her lip. During the 911 call, the husband was insulting his wife, saying that her busted lip happened from the fall and something about a pothole.
