36. 30. 236, 230, head towards Malign's Manor at 2827 Bedford Avenue, between Darby Street and Walnut Street. Seen a caller reporting her daughter lost her car key and wallet. They were able to track it back to this location, and now a Black male in a mobility scooter is threatening them.
