1616 Lyons, 1616 Lyons, going to be the apartment 1 at the bottom. That delivery driver there was threatening the caller. It's a 35-year-old Black male with a reflective vest. He was in a black or red SUV, no weapons seen. I believe he may have just took off westbound on Isbell towards Cedar. 3 Units, go ahead. 36, go ahead. Just for safety, the subject did tell the caller that he has a CPO, no gun was seen, but threatened.
