40, can you show me 10-42, please? 10-4. 631 South 4, 631 South 4, meet with Katrina. White male, red hat, white tank top and jean shorts, was in caller's office, took a bag out of her office and took off on foot, possibly on Cook Street, inside the building. She's with Springfield Property Management. 700 units had removed subject already, but apparently this guy came back.
